Welcome to Larang Villa. We look forward to hosting you and ensuring a peaceful, memorable stay. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • All reservations must be confirmed with full payment in advance or via approved platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Razorpay).

  • Rates are per night and inclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may vary on weekends, public holidays, or during peak seasons.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 1:00 PM onwards

  • Check-out: By 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Property Access

  • Guests have exclusive access to their reserved stay type (Deluxe Room, Executive Room, or Entire Villa).

  • Shared kitchen, lawn, BBQ area, and reading corners are available for villa-level bookings.

  • A discreet caretaker is present onsite 24/7 for assistance.

4. Guest Conduct

  • We expect all guests to respect the peaceful nature of the property and avoid loud noise or parties after 10:00 PM.

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

  • Damages to furniture, linen, or appliances will be charged at actual cost.

5. Visitors & Group Stays

  • Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

  • Visitors may be allowed on prior intimation, and group bookings must adhere to max occupancy limits as per listing.

6. Housekeeping & Linen

  • Daily housekeeping and fresh towel service are included.

  • Linen is changed every 2 days or on request for extended stays.

7. Pets

  • Pets are allowed at no additional cost. Please ensure cleanliness and supervision at all times.

8. Safety & Security

  • The property is equipped with CCTV in common outdoor areas for safety.

  • Guests are responsible for securing their belongings. Larang Villa is not liable for any loss or theft.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • For bookings made via Airbnb or other platforms, respective platform policies will apply.

  • For direct bookings, cancellations made 5+ days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 5 days of arrival.

10. Liability Disclaimer

  • Larang Villa is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, or accidents that occur during the stay.

  • Guests must use facilities responsibly and at their own risk.

11. Emergencies & Assistance

  • For assistance during your stay, please contact the on-site caretaker.

  • For urgent matters, you may reach out directly via WhatsApp or call using the number provided in your booking confirmation.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with a booking or entering the premises, guests acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.
